I had a severe left upper impacted tooth and got it removed 2 yrs back from cmc ludhiana.when it was removed it had two root out of which even one root was bit broken but they did suction and all so was completely fine.now i have pain in my tooth exactly near to the wisdom tooth which has been removed...please tell what to do
