Will nan pro harm my baby's health

My baby is 6weeks old since from last four days I started feed her nan pro 1 along with breast feeding due to my less milk supply n her slow weight gain problem.Since then her stool is bright yellow n little thick n some white things are there.. her urine is all good. It's just that I'm worried that is it safe to feed her nan will it harm my baby
