I had sex with my boyfriend a year ago. And now am getting married to another guy. I did bleed one year back. Will I bleed again now with my husband. Could he recognize me, whether am virgin/ not

You may or may not. Verginity may be loose by many other factors. Like playing keeping tampon etc. But don't discuss your previous relationship to anyone.
