Widal test shows S.Typhi O as 1:160 and S.Typhi H as 1:160. Can this be concluded as Typhoid Fever? If yes, please recommend the diet for treatment. And also the medication for treatment.

for typhoid fever cefaxim plus ofloxacin is the drug of choice. drug should be given at least one week or till body temperature is normal. liquid diet is advisedtill complete relief.
