Why seman report vary in fever

I had 1 week fever history in last 90 days. I had done seman test 15 days before sperm count was nil. Now done 2nd test my sperm count is normal. Why it is vary in 15tn days and why my sperm count was nil before

It may be due to error of test only. Do not worry if report is normal. For double confirmation you can get test from a different lab.
