Whitish Reddish Hard Bump Behind Uvula

I Am M28 Non Smoker Non Alcoholic. I Have Noticed The Whitish-Reddish Bump just Behind My Uvula In the throat. Whenever I Touch it with my finger , it Feels like a hard Bone. There I No Pain. I have no problem in eating or drinking. But sometimes When I am Dehydrated I feel very strange but when I eat something it is back to normal. I am getting habit of opening my mouth and watching with flash light on in the mirror. I want to know is it a normal anatomy pr something to worry about? Image Is attached. Kindly Reply to it.

Hi No need to worry You have granular pharynx It is mostly due to LPRD (gastric issues) or allegries Please consult for further treatment
