I have observed whitish ness over those areas, is that normal? Please help me m terrified!

Hello. This seems to be frictional keratosis due to the trauma from bite of the wisdom teeth. Nothing to worry about if there is no adverse addiction history.

Upper wisdom tooth is impinging on that region causing keratotic appearance.it may not go away.
No treatment required.
Once pandemic subsides get a check up done for sharpness orf the Upper wisdom tooth, if any you would need to get that eliminated.

Do you have cheek bite? Seems like due to improper angulation of wisdom teeth you’re having cheek bite. Cheek bite may cause white patches.. even if there is no cheek bite, your upper wisdom tooth is scratching the inside of the cheeks(buccal mucosa).

Visit a nearby dentist and get it checked. If it is what I said then get wisdom tooth extracted.
