My cat feels itches and white thing like rice comes from his body..and he shouts too much after every 10_20 days it comes

To know about the problem with your cat you'll have to visit a veterinary Doctor Who can examine your cat and try to find out the possible cause of the problem. If you have any problem with itching it would be advisable that you meet with a dermatologist too and get your issues sorted out as well
