White spot in my right side of throat or one onside my throat but I can't feel any kind of pain please tell me the treat ment

Need to see it. A common condition we see is Tonsillar keratosis. A harmless condition.
Next Steps
Chek on the internet image for tonsils. If location is same, I'm probably guessing it right.
