Image isn't clear do apply a good moisturising lotion like Venusia max or Venusia soft lotion . don't scratch if its not resolving ,consult local dermatologist for better management its not just meare  observation of pictures to diagnose conditions it requires proper examination of all areas ,not just involved area and proper history taking is most important in diagnosis.
