There is a white pimple inside my throat backside of toung from last 20-25 days.. It is increasing size. Feeling problem in time of shallow something. Please tell me what is this. What can I do

Attach image if possible... It could be tonsillar white patch... If there is difficulty in swallowing,then you need treatment...
