Hi my sis is facing throat issues since past few years her throat is having so many white patches and few grey patch please help to cure it!!! Is this serious i searched in google its telling leukoplaxia and fibrosis i am very worried for her please help to cure she dont drink smoke no bad habits also please help to cure those patches!!

It is Submucosal Fibrosis. Oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) is an oral precancerous condition characterized by inflammation and progressive fibrosis of the submucosal tissues resulting in marked rigidity and trismus. Causative factors of OSF include autoimmunity, vitamin B, C, and iron deficiencies, chewing betel nut, consumption of spicy foods, human papilloma virus (HPV) infection, and genetic mutations.
