I am having white patches on my shoulders,neck and chest. I thought may be that's a mere infection due to my daily bath soap..But even after changing several soaps these patches aren't disappearing.. it's like sometimes it will be too much on the body and sometimes it is a faded one. Can you tell me what's the reason behind this.
