I have got 1-2 white patches on my face around the corners of my lips about 2-3 cm roughly circular in shape. They have been for a long time and from 2 days they are more visible. What is the reason behind them and how can I remove them asap.

Images will give more information. There are multiple reasons of while patches. Worm infestation is most common. Get more information about viruddha ahar from ayurvedic practioner

Actually the picture will be more useful in your case. It wont be appropriate to comment without examining properly. So it would be really helpful if you post a photograph of the rash. It may be a normal skin problem, rash due to krumi, vitiligo, calcium deficiency etc.
