Today I rub my floor of mouth with my fingers for 10 minutes ,after that I found inflammation and white spot there

Inflammation may have occurred due to rubbing,if there is pain or discharge associated with the patch then you must see an oral medicine specialist asap.As of now, don't apply any medicine and avoid hot and spicy foods.

It seems okay. Maybe irritation due to rubbing. Avoid hard and very hot foodstuff. Apply dologel or hexigel if it’s uncomfortable. If it does not resolve in a few days consult a dentist
