White patch and stiff patch are occurred on left cheek and it's spreading it can be seen red and white in image please suggest treatment

the image is little blurred.. and I am unable to appreciate any white patch.. just some diffuse redness with few raised eruptions.. but without proper examination if it difficult to assess the exact.. also an examination will be needed of your scalp and other parts of the face. you can visit me at my clinic if you wish. hope this is helpful.
