I have a white spot on the labia minora. It doesn't hurt or itch. I didn't know it was there until my boyfriend told me. He said that it has been there for months. It is a small, white nodule on the upper right side inside the labia minora. My daughter passed of adrenal cancer in January. She had Li-Fraumeni syndrome. Neither my fiancee or I have the syndrome.
