Since 1.5 yrs white gellie type thing comes out from my pennies everyday. Due to that expecting lose my memory power, no baby issue is coming further more although I have 1 child earlier. Hi Discharge from penis is not abnormal. If you have burning in urine, or fever or other urinary problems you need to get it checked. For fertility issues you have to see a urologist. Some tests will be done including a semen analysis and a sonography if needed. These problems donot cause memory loss or weakness. Good luck.
