White flaky scales

Sir , from one week white flaky like structures are getting formed in the lower leg region. No matter I put moisturizer it's not going off. Whenever I rub white flaky structures are falling down. Moreover there is itching sensation. Please advise me ?

Your symptoms may indicate psoriasis. Proper skin analysis will be required and a comprehensive treatment will be required. Moisturizing will not treat the condition,it will only relieve the itching slightly.You can visit the clinic for consultation and treatment.
