White flakes on eyelashes

I have been facing this problem of white flakes over my eyelashes.i have tried applying coconut oil while going to bed but they i find these flakes next morning. May be this is because of dryness or something. Please help me

this is squamous blephritis. it usually occurs due to dandruff. so please use ant dandruff shampoo to scalp at least  twice a wk.do hot foamentation with sodabicarb (Martha soda) soln. take one bowl of hot water and add a pinch of meetha soda and with the help of a cotton swab do foamentation and then rub ocupol d eye oint twice daily on lids. put antibiotics eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. moxifloxacin and lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. for at least one mth
