Hi doc my son has white spots on face hi 9 year old last time it was due to worms but again showing please suggest

This could be pityriaisis alba. This is not a serious condition and is common in children. It does not need treatment necessarily - but pls visit a qualified dermatologist near you and discuss this in detail after due evaluation by him/her.
