My penis tip get cover with white layer after washing it remove but after few days it's regenerate and it's log time I had sex with my gf but some time we don't use condom . And whenever I use to masturbute my penis pain and some time it get reddish and tiny spot on it

Wash your penis with plain water daily atleast once properly. That's the smegma accumulation.
