I have taken 1 st dose of coivid vaccination on 14 th April later I got fever and cold and cough for 3 days than I have taken Dolo 650 for 3 days. Fever and cold gone, but still I have breathing problem till today. Iam taking cough syrup Ascoril LS also. Plz suggest me which medicine I have to take

Usually vaccination fever lasts 1-2 days..if it lasts more than 2 days better get tested for covid by RTPCR..since you have breathing problem..it's ideal to get CT scan of chest..it can pick up covid infection almost 99%
