Today while doing gym. I was exercising and i felt like a shivering sensation throughout my body. Like not externally but internally and it did not go away at once. Now i have health anxiety and so i related this to what if my
sugar level became low or will i faint next. I did not do my exercise and left and had a sugar drink. But i eat healthy drink plenty wather. Was this shivering due to sweat or muscle as i was doing back exercise or for stomach issue cause iwas having stomach issue too. And can my sugar level become so low?
