My son, ages 10 years, having a problem since 2 years old age, After 3-4 months he has pain in his penis, His penis swells has much pain and, on pulling the skin behind it removes the puss and there indicates a injury on outer surface of skin. After puss removal it become normal. I have consulted to Urologist, he suggested to make a surgery for removal of top skin, as per his suggestion there is infection below skin which may be puss. It is continue after 4-6 months. Please suggest
