Whether it will be an ectopic Pregnancy

Hi, I have tested with pregnancy kit on 1st,5th and 6th day of missing periods. All showed positive results. But I am having severe pain in lower left and right abdomen, back pain, feeling of heavy stomach etc. Some symptoms are almost similar to those which I get before periods. Am I pregnant or not? Are these pains means any ectopic Pregnancy? Please clarify my doubt
