When to discontinue the home isolation

Hi My case history please read and give me suggestions. I got fever first time on 12 Apr I start medicine and fever was continued I tested get covid positive on 19 Apr and after taking medicines I fully recovered from all symptoms on 23 Apr, I reported the same to my doctor he asked for re test after 5 days so I tested again and got positive result on 30 Apr RTPCR.. So from 23apr I have recovered from all the symptoms. My question is how long I have to keep myself isolated? and do I really need testing again?

Till 14 th may and repeat a rtpcr test.

donot test agan again it can be  positive rtpcr for long time viral load /infectivity is only upto 12-14days of initiation of disease   so bo need to worry think of urself as negative only
