I have fever before 15 days it was relieced but again yesterday onwords I got fever again I have slightly cold and my palms are hot

Hi thanks for writing to Practo.  It's important to know what is the body temperature , and how often do ubget it. Usually with mild cough cold you may have slight raised body temperature.  It may be just Viral. But if it does not improve with paracetamol please visit doctor.
