My ultrasound reports told me that I am having pcod but now I am having sever lower back pain and pelvic pain

Pain can be due to inflammation. But if symptoms like -- on and off fever, nausea, indigestion, Wt loss, swelling in lymph nodes etc are also present, it would be on the safer side to go for a biopsy test.
