I'm 28 yr old female. My Throid simulating harmone value is 3.87. Is it on higher end then please suggest how to get it to normal range

Hi noted your concern... If you are planning for pregnancy means, Plan to Keep TSH with in 2.5 mcg, Otherwise 3.87 is absolutely fine kindly consult for details
