I am just confused and tensed for these white marks some people say that it's vitiligo and I am very much panicked , and I am a hypochondric too so noone in my family taking this seriously due to my health anxiety can anyone here help it will be helpful🙏

Dont worry , It looks like reaction to Sun exposure. Use a good sunscreen for exposed areas like face and hands every 4 hrs. As for the white patches consult a dermatologist online for medication.
