What I can understand from the picture you have posted you have cellulitis of abdominal wall with necrosis of skin and deeper tissues perhaps you’re a diabetic. What do you need urgently is injectable antibiotics full, debride meant of the dead tissue which means that a doctor will remove the dead tissue, which will be practically painless this is not a condition where treatment is avoidable.
