What are the causes of mesenteric lymphadenopathy in usg ultrasound report mentioned that   ( ** Multiple subcentimeter mesenteric lymphnodes noted in RIF & peri umbilical region with short axis diameter measuring 5mm **) my doctor no told any thing clearly can any one tell clearly occasionally I get pain no other symptoms.

U don't need to worry for subcentric nodes as it is common finding in most patient.  It can be due to nonspecific simple bowel infection.
