Hi doctors , today I had a gruesome pain and followed by excessive intake of water and medicines . this stone came out. Please tell me what kind of stone is this in order to avoid foods and also please advise me further. Thanks again.

Hello.  Avoid irregular daily routine. Eat healthy.  Drink sufficient water.  Don't stress urine urge.  Avoid too much calcium and carbonated drinks intake .
