In the the red veins are seeing is this will flow blood ouside ? What is red red dark blood .i dont have any other issue ...but when i eat or drink or little bit cough it become darker and when i dont do anything it remains light

Those are blood vessels. When u cough it becomes kinda congested so they become a bit dark. Rest all is ok
