My temperature is showing 98.5 after some time I checked again and it sowing 99.5..what to do please suggest me

The normal body temperature for an adult is around 98.6°F (37°Cbut every person’s baseline body temperature is slightly different, and may consistently be a little higher or lower. moniter your temprature if increased then consult
