What causes intolerance to heat

I am heat sensitive. I reside in north India and summer is too hot to me to tolerate. I can't live without AC for a single minute. The problem is that I have to go to my village for few days. There will no AC or cooler available. So is there anything I can eat or do to get rid of this problem ???

I have seemed to develop a disdain and discomfort for the heat and summer weather. I become dizzy, my heart races, my skin becomes hot and red quickly if I am in the warm weather too long and it makes it difficult to cool down. My doctor said there is nothing wrong with me and there does not seem to be a cure. I barely go outside now because of it.
