I went to the Gynecologists office Friday and had an ultrasound done. The nurse practitioner said I had a lot of cysts on my ovaries and was suspicious of it being PCOS. She wants to do more tests Monday, and talk to my doctor. I have all them symptoms of PCOS. What can I expect monday? The lady doing my ultrasound showed me what follicles were, and she counted 10 on each ovary. I also have very irregular periods, and always have. Before birth control maybe 6 - year, with it only 4.
