If i masturbate in a week this problem doesnt arises and if i dont at some time in night i have wet dreams and sperms are out

'Night dream' 'wet dreams' ' Nightfall' is a natural phenomenon. If a male does not masturbate or have intercourse, wet dreams are bound to happen. Major proportion of semen is produced and stored in prostrate gland. Size of prostrate gland is 3 by 3 cm. The storage capacity is limited. Nightfall starts in adolescents age and can continue for rest  of life. Frequency varies men to men. If it is happening occasionally it is physiological. If frequency increases consult a psychiatrist & sexologist.
