Wet cough with right side headache

• tablet moxyclav cv 625mg (1/2 in the morning and 1 at night) 5 days
• syrup Ambrolite-S (5 ml 3 times a day)- a week
• tablet Pan-D 40mg (1 in the morning and night) before food
