Weird sound to avoid itch

I feel itching from ear to throat which calms by making sound from ear to throat.specially late nights and early mrng i feel such.How to get rid of such itching and weird sounds.After making such sound sometimes i  get running nose,ear blocks.thank u

That is the sound you make while scratching your base of tongue against the itchy soft palate. You are suffering from airway allergy. Please consult a good allergist  near you.
