Hello, have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat , sleep well ,avoid worries. 1-2 pound weight loss per month is a usually recommend. Sudden drastic weight loss is not good for health . increase the duration of exercise gradually.
