Wearing newly Farsighted eye glass

I did eye exam after blurred image when focusing on my computer. I work as a programmer so all day behind my pc my doctor told me that i have +3.5 in my left eye and +2.25 in my right and told me that i should wear glasses all the time, i am 26 yrs old.my question is can i wear my glasses only when needed ? What will happen if i dont ?

With such a moderate to high refractive error you shud be wearing ur glasses as much as possible . Firstly because ur vision will be too blurred without them and secobdly if you don't u might get asthenopic symptoms like eye strain , headache etc.
