Low energy.getting tired.not getting sleep.but digestion is good.legs and hands are having low energy.

Dr.Yogesh here it is suggested to do exercise in morning regularly. it is suggested to take ashwagandharishtam 2 tsf with warm water after food. Apply shatavari oil regularly before bath.
