My 6 years old son from the kast 3days dont like to eat anything especially rice(on which he was previously accoustomed to eat),.he has lethargy also all over the time he is in bed lying,and has a headache problem also, he has no urge to go to the katerine fron 3 days, Moreover 3days ago he vomitted 6 times in a week.i consulted with a doctor abd he gave me a stool test which shows pus cell 2-3hpf,veg cell present,mucous present,colour yellowish,u digested food particles present. Urine report is normal. What is the reaso of his ilkness?what should i do now?
