Feels like I have fever from inside but thermometer doesnot read . Also sometimes feels weakness. Rest all ok... No running nose, no cough .

Could be because of overexertion, fatigue, heatwave or some viral infection Take rest, good diet, and plenty of fruits and juices and other liquids... If not improved....get CBC, ESR done and consult a physician.
