My mother is taking vildamac 50/500 since 2 years regularly. her sugar seems to be normal all but she is currently facing weight loss and weakness . shes also taking letrozole from 8 years . which medicine is causing this symtoms ? is it nessessary to take vildamac daily ?

Hi, noted Yes , if sugars are under controlled with vildamac, better to continue same daily... And vildamac may not be the reason for weight loss I don't think even letrozole is a reason Need to evaluate further - like Thyroid functions and get physical examination once
