I had my leg surgery removal of rod 2 weeks back and had on antibiotics for some burning urine for few days till yesterday but yesterday I took antibiotics and gastric tablet  few other medicine with lemon juice from then onwards I am feeling very weak,sleepy lazy ,lethargic.some kind of heart palpitations and restlessness.is this causing any problem or is it anything else.i suffer from mild hiatus hernia and gerd from few years .
