Diseases like kidney stones, urethritis, glomerulonephritis, rarely rcc can cause haematuria (blood in urine). Also since how long have you feeling weak and fatigued? Did you get your blood pressure checked? Your complaints clinical examination as well as investigations. So kindly consult a urologist and general physician for further evaluation.
