Weakly positive dengue

Recently my mother's Blood test(30th nov) showed NS1-weakly positive, Igm and IgG are negative. Platelet count 2.96lakhs, CRP-18.9. Fever has not receded till today(2nd nov). she is taking paracetamol(dolo 650) 3 times a day. 2nd blood test for platelet came out@ 2.59lakhs. please suggest treatment for fever to recede.

The report mentioned seems like your mother might be having Dengue fever. Kindly repeat Platelet count and consult your near by Physician for further management, cause if fever is not yet subsided, other infections need to be ruled out.
